Terms:		 Balances due upon arrival. Holidays balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Additional $ 250 refundable security deposit upon arrival and returned at departure.
Cancellations: Cancellations  occurred  within 30 days of scheduled    dates, a refund  (less 15 % cancellation fee) will be made.

No refunds or rescheduling on Holidays
