All accommodations offer fully equipped kitchens and furnishings.

Samara has a local airstrip that SANSA flies out from to San Jose. We have a bank; pharmacy; Internet; doctor; dentist, ambulance service; grocery stores; rental car agencies

Our company will organize transport service from/to local and international airports, babysitting service, and maid service upon the client request.

Property Management and Rentals Office

Our property management and rentals office is located in Samara, on the Guanacaste Pacific Coast. We offer professional property management services to home owners. Our service areas are Samara beach, Carrillo beach, Buena Vista beach and Camaronal beach.

We provide your property management service on a month-to-month basis. You may only need our services for a couple of months while you are away or you may need our full services most of the year, with reduced or no services while you are here.
