Casa de Verano is located in town within walking distance grocery stores, restaurants, shops and the beach, yet set back from the main road offering peace and quiet.

This house offers a master bedroom with a queen size bed, closet, air conditioning, and a master bathroom. In the second bedroom 2 single beds, air conditioning and closet. The third bedroom has a futon, air conditioning, and closet and a shared second bathroom with bath / shower. Laundry with a washer and dryer, kitchen very well equipped, living room and dining area, ceilings fans, TV, telephone, safe box, garden, swimming pool, outdoor bathroom with a separate shower.


The house is surrounded by a big wall for security, electric gate.

A solo un par de minutos del centro y de la playa se encuentra esta casa de vacaciones para alquilar con tres dormitorios. Casa de Verano se encuentra en el centro de Samara, a poca distancia de las tiendas de comestibles, restaurantes, tiendas y la playa, aún lejana de la carretera principal que ofrece paz y tranquilidad.

Esta casa ofrece un dormitorio principal con una cama Queen size, closet, aire acondicionado, y un cuarto de baño principal. En el segundo dormitorio 2 camas individuales, aire acondicionado y un armario.

El tercer dormitorio tiene un futón, aire acondicionado, armario y un cuarto de baño con bañera / ducha que se comparte con el segundo cuarto. Cuarto de pilas con lavadora y una secadora, cocina muy bien equipada, sala de estar y comedor, ventiladores de techos, TV, teléfono, caja fuerte, jardín, piscina, cuarto de baño al aire libre con una ducha separada.

La casa está rodeada por un muro de seguridad, portón eléctrico.
