You are one with nature. Although Casa Pericos is very private it is a 5 minute walk to Carrillo Beach. A 5 minute walk up the hill and you’re in the center of town. A quaint little town which hosts some good restaurants and two little grocery/liquor stores. Samara is 7 minutes driving distance.
This tropical designed home has 4 bedrooms, 3 with two twin beds in each. The master suite has a double; 2.5 bathrooms with hot water.
All with spectacular ocean/jungle views, ceiling fans in all rooms, linens and towels provided.
Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, appliances and then the basic utensils are available; CableTV, DVD player, washer and dryer.

Construida en 2,5 acres de esplendor tropical en el cual se encuentra usted a solas con las aves, mariposas, iguanas y monos aulladores. En este lugar usted se puede sentir uno con la naturaleza. Aunque la Casa Pericos es muy privada, es apenas a cinco minutos caminando de Playa Carrillo y cinco minutos caminando hasta la colina y de nuevo en el centro del pueblo. Una pintoresca pequeña ciudad que alberga algunos buenos restaurantes y dos pequeños supermercados / tiendas de licores. Samara esta a siete minutos en carro.
